Hospital X's Effective Strategy in Improving Patient Safety in the Era of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Patient safety issues during the Covid-19 pandemic and strategies implemented to improve it. This paper aims find out in improving patient era of COVID-19 pandemic. research is included type descriptive qualitative with case study methods or approaches (Case Studies) observations. The results show that six goals have been implemented, but management support needed safety, especially terms optimizing service quality, regulatory policies, socialization, staff training. Lack officer awareness commitment incident reporting are obstacles changing cultures. Strategy optimization carried by human resources meeting perceptions such as services accordance procedures, handling speed, cleanliness standardized rooms infrastructure, availability aids hospitals.
